What is self-storage and how does it work?
Self-storage is renting a lockable unit you can access 24/7. You rent a box, get the keys, and can store or retrieve your belongings anytime. You pay monthly rent and have complete freedom in when and how often you use the storage.
What size unit do I need?
It depends on what you want to store. For tires and a few boxes, a ~1 m² unit is enough. For furniture from one room, count on ~3-4 m². For a whole apartment or larger move, we recommend ~7 m². Not sure? Call us, we'll advise.
What can I store?
Practically anything – furniture, seasonal equipment (skis, bikes), sports gear, documents, business inventory, personal items. Cannot store: flammables, explosives, hazardous chemicals, perishable food, and live animals.
How long can I rent a unit?
Minimum rental period is 3 months. We offer discounted rates for longer rentals – the longer, the cheaper the monthly rent. You can terminate the contract with one month's notice.
How is the storage secured?
The facility is monitored by CCTV 24/7. Building entry is through an electronic AirLock system. Each unit has its own lock – only you have the keys, no one else can access your belongings.
Are units heated / ventilated?
Spaces are climate-controlled and all units have wire mesh extensions ensuring natural ventilation. This prevents moisture buildup and keeps your belongings in good condition year-round.
Can I view a unit beforehand?
Of course! We'd be happy to show you the units in person. Just arrange a time in advance by phone or contact form.
How does payment work?
When signing the contract, you pay the first and last month upfront. Further payments are made monthly by bank transfer. Prices are excluding VAT.
